About this development
Eskom Holding Limited proposes to establish a new 132kV power line and to extend and upgrade the existing Ngoye Substation, at Felixton, within the vicinity of Empangeni, on the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast. The power line will be a tree line, from the existing down rated Avon Impala 275kV line to the proposed extension of Ngoye Substation, at Felixton Mill.
