About this development
Upgrade of Boitekong Waste Water Treatment Works (WWTW) and the construction of a dissolved air flotation plant at Rustenburg WWTW. The respective project sites are approximately 13 km apart by road. The Scope of Works for the Boitekong WWTW will include, amongst others 2(No) 22m diameter secondary clarifiers primary settling tanks, 7000m² drying slab, building works, construction of all appurtenant pipelines, channels and flow control chambers, fencing and internal access roads. The Scope of Works for the DAF plant at the Rustenburg WWTW will include, amongst others, 4(No) dissolved air flotation modules with flocculation channels, 2(No) 1150³ lined earthen balancing dams, building works, construction of all appurtenant pipeslines, sumps and chambers. Located in Boitekong, Rustenburg, North West Province.
