The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Transport propose to upgrade the R103 from Nottingham Road Railway Bridge to the truck stop in Mooi River (18kms) to improve road safety. This project is located in the Mpofana Local Municipality, within Umgungundlovu District Municipality of KwaZulu-Natal. The scope of works includes: Phase 1 – upgrade 3 existing bridges & 8 culverts; Phase 2 – upgrade the road to a DoT Class 2 standard.
