Upgrade of the Medi Clinic in Pietermaritzburg - Building

Building and construction for the expansion of the Mediclinic Hospital in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. The scope of works will include: an additional 30 medical beds, 12 paediatric beds, 10 daycare beds, a new neo-natal intensive care unit with four additional beds, 26 cardiac beds, the installation of a catheterisation lab, two additional theatres, a new pharmacy and emergency centre, a new kitchen and laundry, as well as a triple-storey parking deck with 360 bays. Value: R170 million.
