About this development
Upgrade of the existing P73 gravel road to a tarred surface and re-alignment of the existing road near Umzumbe, KwaZulu-Natal. The total length of the road is approximately 35km. There will be a 5% deviation off the existing gravel road to improve sight distances around sharp bends and widen the road where it is narrow to cater for ease of flow of traffic. Subsequently the proposed deviation will as far as possible be within the existing 30m road reserve.
