About this development
Upgrade of the existing P58 gravel road to a tarred surface and re-alignment of the existing road in Harding, KwaZulu-Natal. The total length of the road is approximately 28km. There will be a 5% deviation off the existing gravel road to improve sight distances around sharp bends and widen the road where it is narrow to cater for ease of flow of traffic on a dual carriageway. Subsequently the proposed deviation will as far as possible be within the existing 30m road reserve. the proposed works includes the construction of storm water pipelines with an internal diameter of 0,6 metres. Estimated Project Value: R 196-million.
