Construction of postgraduate accommodation at the University of Nairobi in Kenya. Development of a student hostel complex to accommodate approximately 4 000 students. This will be developed on 3.7 acres piece of University land along Harry Thuku road between Hotel Boulevard and Norfolk Towers. Project components include studio apartments, deluxe apartments, a parking lot for 100 vehicles, business centres, seminar rooms, a library, cafeterias and restaurant, a swimming pool, an indoor games facility, as well as a health club.
