Construction of one double storey building, one triple storey building, basement link between two buildings. Construction of a triple storey sport centre and a single storey gate house. Renovation of approximately 12 to 15 existing buildings and site works, two soccer fields, a cricket oval, pavilion with seating and cloakrooms and paving for the University of Johannesburg, Soweto Campus, Phase 1. Estimated value of Phase 1: R300 million. There will be a further phase consisting of residential developments to the value of R500 million. Total Project value of R800 million.
