Construction of infrastructure and services for a mixed use development. Afia Willie Umunze is a proposed mixed use development to be sited on 25.8 hectares of land located along the major highway connecting Umuze town to Imo State in Nigeria. The proposed development is to consist of the following : Infrastructure consisting of truck and trailer park, various car parks, industrial water borehole and water treatment plant, refuse management and collection facility, electricity substation. In addition the development is to have a police station, fire station, nursery, creche and primary school facilities, medical clinic, 31 blocks of one and two-storey buildings housing over 2,500 shops, 5 banks and warehouses.
