About this development
Uitvlugt residential and commercial development is a four phased development on 384 ha of pristine land. This development is situated on the border of Three Rivers on the eastern perimeter of Vereeniging in Midvaal Sedibeng District Municipal area in Gauteng. There will be six access controlled gateways with full electrified perimeter fencing and will have ultra modern facilities that include: Retail shopping centre, school, church, retirement village, well and medical centre, leisure facilities, hotel, motor city, 9 hole mashee golf course, recreation and sporting facilities, office and retail. Construction of Uitvlugt Lifestyle Centre consisting of central Waterfront with parkland, Nursery and lifestyle plant-park, restaurants, coffee shops, specialty boutiques, hotel and offices. Phase one includes the shopping centre, the centrally located hotel with conference complex, offices and residential units. Phase 2, 3 and 4 will continue with residential. Phase 4 will also include a church and school.
