The development will incorporate sustainable principles that will achieve a 4 Star, Green Star SA Public and Education Building Design Certification and will incorporate the following: Demolition of existing buildings and structures. Bulk earthworks and site shaping. Retaining structures. Under and above ground services. Improvements to existing buildings. New parking and service roads, associated hard and soft landscaping.
