About this development
Construction of three sectional title office blocks in the Tyger Valley Chambers development. Sited just off Willie van Scour Drive on the North-West face of the hill overlooking Tiger Falls and the Belleville Velodrome, Western Cape. In the new development, which will have a total cost of R124 million, the four storey towers will provide 8 600m2 of offices and will be linked by a common podium with a two level parking basement with bays for 343 vehicles. One of the blocks will have an additional floor with mezzanine offices.
