TWED has identified a sizeable piece of land on two adjacent plots located on plots 16 and 18 on Lourdel and Kyandodo Roads in Nakasero Kampala. The development will be 35 000m² of total built up space with about 450 parking spaces and will include the following : Mid-scale international branded business hotel – Four Points by Sheraton with 200 keys; commercial office space of 7 000m²; serviced apartments and condominiums.
