Construction of the Malatya Granit Factory at the Turkish Industrial Complex, Naivasha Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Nakuru County, Kenya. The TIC development involves the construction of six multi-product factories the will produce high-end materials for export. The factories/warehouses will specialize in manufacturing of the following: ceramic, granite, tiles, construction, forestry, furniture, and cleaning products, medium-density fibreboard, steel, cement, aluminium profile, sanitary towels, tissue paper, towel napkins among other products.
