About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for the Rea Vaya Turffontein Development Corridor phase 1 a, located in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The scope of works includes further analysis and recommendations on specific aspects of the three priority corridors, including built environment heritage studies.The future spatial vision for the City of Johannesburg is based on an economically and socially transformed city that is more sustainable, resilient and liveable. The public transportation network is the backbone of the city's spatial restructuring strategy. The Intention is to optimise development in and around high intensity movement corridors - corridors of freedom, to create more inclusive and accessible opportunities for the residents of Johannesburg and create economies on scale that are attractive to investors.
