About this development
Construction of a media city for a new mixed-use development to be known as Tunisia Economic City in Tunisia, North Africa. The Media City will consist of 6.57% land area / 10.6 Million m² GFA / 1.78 FAR and includes production studios, outdoor sets, media education zone, offices, hotels and services In conjunction with high-level incentives, the attraction of production crews to Tunisia will provide a significant boost to the local economy. This new city will be located in the Enfidha District due to the close proximity of the Enfidha Al-hammamat International airport which can help initially to speed up the building of the city. The 90 square kilometers project with an 18 kilometers beach front modern sustainable and eco-friendly metropolis will be the home of 500,000 inhabitants and will provide 250,000 jobs once completed within 15 years from now.
