About this development
Construction of a new industrial zone for a new mixed-use development to be known as Tunisia Economic City in Tunisia, North Africa. The Industrial Zone will consist of 15.05% land area / 16 million m² GFA / 1.18 FAR and include light industrial, aggregate, and environmentally friendly industries. A provision is made for labor housing as well as office worker and family housing. Based on the latest in international free zone design trends, with a networked traffic circulation pattern. This new city will be located in Enfidha District which has been chosen for its strategic location to the Enfidha Al-hammamat International airport which can help initially to speed up the building of the city. The 90 square kilometers project with an 18 kilometers beach front modern sustainable and eco-friendly metropolis will be the home of 500,000 inhabitants and will provide 250,000 jobs once completed within 15 years from now.
