About this development
Construction of a new city centre for a new mixed-use development to be known as Tunisia Economic City in Tunisia, North Africa. This new city centre will consist of 3.30% land area / 14.5 million m² GFA / 4.85 FAR and includes offices, banks and companies, local services, educational, health and religious services, retail, hotels and mixed use residential. With twin 600m tall towers and a dense central mixed use area spread around a saltwater lagoon and marina. This new city will be located in Enfidha District due to the proximity of the Enfidha Al-hammamat International airport which can help initially to speed up the building of the city. The 90 square kilometers project with an 18 kilometers beach front modern sustainable and Eco-friendly metropolis will be the home of 500,000 inhabitants and will provide 250,000 jobs once completed within 15 years from now.
