TuksSport High School and Lockers Residence

Construction of a High School and Residences (called Lockers) for TuksSport on the University of Pretoria Sport Campus, on the South Street extension in Hatfield, Gauteng. The project will consist of the following structures: Block A: a single storey administration block. Structure: Load bearing brickwork. Floor area: 590m². Block B: An assembly hall with related spaces, partly double storey structure: steel structure/load bearing brickwork/sheet metal facade cladding. Floor area: 842m². Block C: a combination of double/single storey dining hall and kitchen. Structure: steel structure/load bearing brickwork/sheet metal cladding / brickwork facade Floor area: 612m². Block D: a double storey for specialist classrooms and ablution facilities. Structure: Load bearing brickwork Floor area: 726m². Block E: a double storey for general classrooms. Structure: Load bearing brickwork Floor area: 894m². Block F: A double storey for general classrooms. Structure: Load bearing brickwork, floor area: 1,182m². Lockers: a four storey building, Structure: Concrete columns and load bearing brickwork Floor area: 1,664m². Quarantine camp for farm animals with a steel shed structure of 112m² with fencing. Site works, including 40 new parking bays, services, landscaping and fencing as well as some alterations to existing access road and parking. CIDB 8 R40 - R130 million.
