Construction of civil and infrastructure services for the proposed Tugwi-Mukosi integrated resort located in Masvingo province, 72km south of Masvingo town in Zimbabwe. The works will consist of a 5-star hotel (150 rooms); self-catering lodges and chalets (up to 100 rooms); conference and convention centre; casino; cable car; 18-hole golf course; shopping mall with aquarium and restaurants; boat cruising and angling and theme park.
