Construction of 120 - 150 residential units operating as a sectional title hotel scheme for a mixed use development to be known as Tugela Ridge Eco-tourism Estate, on the farm Kruisfontuin 1287 on portion 1, 4 & 5 located near Bergville in the Drakensberg, KwaZulu-Natal. The 286,91 ha site is situated to the north east side on Bergville on the R74, approximately 32kms from the N3 National Toll Route. The concept consists of four to ten sectional title around a central access courtyard. Each unit will consist of a double storey sub unit and two single storey rental units.
