About this development
Construction of Glen Vista Trinity House situated on Erf 5316 on the corner of Hantamberg Street and Bellairs Avenue in Glenvista, Johannesburg, Gauteng. This project is to be done in phases. Phase 1a: Multi storey 500 unit student facility with 20 classrooms including an administration block, total of 2 651m². Phase 1b: An extension of Phase 1a for an additional 375 Students with 15 classrooms, total of 1 376m². Phase 1c: An assembly hall with related spaces, partly double storey, total of 1 083m². Phase 1d: Multi storey 400 unit student facility with 16 classrooms, total of 2 071m². Sport Facilities: sandpits, play courts, swimming pool with pavilion and change rooms as well as a sports field. Site Works: gatehouse, refuge storage and bin wash facility, garden store, wetland rehabilitation, retaining structures, paving roads, parking bays and courtyards, services, landscaping, fencing and some alterations to the existing access road and parking areas.
