The proposed Transnet Coallink Project consisting of the construction of transmission substations, upgrading of existing transmission power lines and the construction of new transmission power lines traversing KwaZulu-Natal and Mpumalanga Provinces, from Empangeni to Ermelo south. Scope 5 - Empangeni - Richards Bay Distribution power line; 88kV new power line establishment.
