Construction of a Tier-4 Digital Industrial Complex in the North East geo-political region, Nigeria. This project involves the construction and equipping of fully functional tier-4 digital industrial complexes in each of the six geo-political zones across Nigeria. The ICT parks will consist of laboratories for ICT innovations and commercial hubs providing capacity building to startups for entrepreneurial activities.
