Construction of the TIB Complex on Plots 223/50, 184/50 and 190/50 located along Ohio Street and Ghana Avenue, in the CBD of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. The scope of works includes the development of three multifunctional towers that when completed shall accommodate headquarters of TIB Development Bank Limited. The complex will be the first of its kind in the CBD of Dar Es Salaam and shall deliver a memorable, world-class and environmentally compatible and sustainable development.
