Construction of schools for the multi-faceted complex, to be known as the Thukela Lifestyle Resort located up north of the Tugela River, KwaZulu-Natal. The complex will consist of a hotel, (the project envisages fractional ownership villas), a residential complex, “top notch” schools, restaurants, shopping complexes and a wedding chapel.The entire project will cost between R3 and R5 billion.
