About this development
Construction of a residential component which will consist of 353 freehold sites, 485 sectional title units, a retirement village and 130 shared ownership/self-catering units, as part of the multifaceted complex, to be known as theThukela Lifestyle Resort. The complex will consist of a hotel, (the project envisages fractional ownership villas), a residential complex, “top notch” schools, restaurants, shopping complexes and a wedding chapel and will be located up north of the Tugela River, KwaZulu-Natal. The entire project will cost between R3 - R5 billion.
