About this development
Construction of a 5 star 134-room hotel, a wellness spa and villas for the multifaceted complex, to be known as the Thukela Lifestyle Resort. The complex will consist of a hotel, (the project envisages fractional ownership villas), a residential complex, “top notch” schools, restaurants, shopping complexes and a wedding chapel which will be located up north of the Tugela River, KwaZulu-Natal. The entire project will cost between R3 and R5 billion.
