About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure of the multi-faceted complex to be known as the Thukela Lifestyle Resort. The complex will consist of a hotel, (the project envisages fractional ownership villas), a residential complex, “top notch” schools, restaurants, shopping complexes and a wedding chapel. The development will be located up north of the Tugela River, KwaZulu-Natal. The entire project will cost between R3 and 5 billion.
