Construction of the commercial / office component for the Thorntree East mixed-use development located on Portions of the Farms Haakdoornboom 267JR and Kruisontein 259JR, Pretoria, Gauteng. The proposed Thorntree East mixed-use development entails the transformation of approximately 400ha of vacant land located mostly in Zones 1 and 4 of the Gauteng EMF.
