Construction of a new visitors’ centre as well as upgrades to the existing Thohoyandou National Botanical Garden, Thohoyandou, Limpopo. CIDB 7GB. The scope of works could include: new visitors’ centre & pay area, parking and paving, construction of pedestrian bridge, bridge, fence and gabions. Entrance intersection and guard house upgrade. Installation of security gate and automated gate, upgrading of sewer system, new traditional huts, landscaping development; service, water and stormwater reticulation, earthworks, electrical installation and reticulation, mechanical installation and fire compliance.
