A R850 million mixed use project comprising of retail space, a hotel, a five level basement parking garage, loft offices and 14 storey office tower block to be developed on a site on Tyrwhitt Mall and Craddock Avenue, Rosebank Precinct, in Gauteng. The slope of the property is such that the property will be developed into two ground levels, one level opening onto Oxford Road on the Eastern side and the basement parking on the Western side. The upper level opens onto the parking off Craddock Avenue. A luxury boutique hotel will feature 158 rooms, comprising 81 queen, 60 twin, ten executive suites, one penthouse and six wheelchair accessible rooms and will be constructed above a independent basement. The Hotel will have eight floors and will be operated by Holiday Inn, will also feature a business centre with work stations, including computers, printer, telephone and Internet access and five meeting rooms able to seat up to 70 delegates, a restaurant and bar, a gym and fitness centre, a swimming pool, secure parking.
