The Zone Phase 2 - Office Tower

A R850 million mixed-use development comprising of retail space, a 160-room hotel, a five level basement parking garage, loft offices and 14 storey office tower block to be developed on a site on Tyrwhitt Mall and Craddock Avenue, Rosebank Precinct, in Gauteng. The slope of the property is such that the property will be developed into two ground levels, one level opening onto Oxford Road on the eastern side and the basement parking on the western side. The upper level opens onto the parking off Craddock Avenue. The fourteen storey office tower to be constructed at retail level with 600m² per floor. This will be a total of 8 400m² of prime office space. Completion of the office tower is due at the end of 2010.
