The Zone Phase 2 - Loft Offices

A R850 million mixed use development comprising of retail space, a 160-room hotel, a five level basement parking garage, loft offices and 14 storey office tower block to be developed on a site on Tyrwhitt Mall and Craddock Avenue, Rosebank Precinct, in Gauteng. The slope of the property is such that the property will be developed into two ground levels, one level opening onto Oxford Road on the eastern side and the basement parking on the western side. The upper level opens onto the parking off Craddock Avenue. The loft offices will start at ground level above four levels of basement parking. There will be three storeys, with a total area of 3 600m². The office space, with views to the east and west, is designed around a central, covered atrium over three floors allowing sunlight in through the roof structure.
