The Zone Phase 2 - Basement Parking Garage

A R850 million mixed-use development comprising retail space, a 160-room hotel, a five level basement parking garage, loft offices and 14 storey office tower block to be developed on a site on Tyrwhitt Mall and Craddock Avenue, Rosebank Precinct, in Gauteng. The slope of the property is such that the property will be developed into two ground levels, one level opening onto Oxford Road on the eastern side and the basement parking on the western side. The upper level opens onto the parking off Craddock Avenue. The basement parking garage will have a total of five levels on the western side and four levels on the eastern side and should be completed by June 2010.
