Construction of the civils and services for The Zanzibar Domino mixed-use tower, 15km from Stone Town, on the west coast of Zanzibar. An artificial island and marina will be developed as part of the infrastructure component, the island is to be the site for the Zanzibar Domino Project. The entire project value is estimated to be US$1.3 billion dollars.
