Construction of a school for The Wellington mixed-use precinct on erf 15712, Wellington, Western Cape. The development site is situated east of the R44 (Hermon Road) and west of the Wellington-Hermon railway line just north of Wellington. The site is bordered on the northern side by Farm 193/2, while erf 15713 forms the southern boundary. The site is approximately 20.42ha in size and will include a mixed use zone, multi-unit housing zone, community use zone, open space zone and transport zone.
