About this development
Construction of approximately 35 residential units in phase 1, at The Village, the new residential development that is located on the Diemersfontein Wine and Country Estate in the Wellington valley, in the Western Cape. When completed, The Village will consist of 114 homes, with additional phases to be rolled out later. Residents will have access to the full range of estate facilities, including a restaurant, a spa, guest accommodation and a gardening service. The Village has its own swimming pool, and an extensive network of hiking, cycling and horse-riding trails.
