About this development
Construction of a country-styled, gated development to be known as The Valleys, forms part of the Gauteng Highlands Development, is located to the east of the Hartzenbergfontein Agricultural Holdings and south of the Eye of Africa with access onto the R82 (old Vereeniging Road), in Gauteng. The Valleys (total 385ha) will be a residential township consisting of approx 852 “Residential 1” stands varying in area between 900m² and 1 500m². It is also intended to provide “group housing” in the form of a “Residential 3” zoning for approx 26 erven covering an area of about 66ha, at a density of ±35 units per hectare, resulting in ±2310 residential dwelling units. The development will have two access control sites and land will be provided for parks and a small community facility.
