Construction of civils and services for the 90 000m² mixed use development known as The Rosebank Galleria which is located at 27 Cradock Avenue and bordered by Bath Avenue and Biermann Avenue in Rosebank, Gauteng. The Galleria will incorporate offices, a retail node, a hotel, serviced apartments and residential apartments as well as a clubhouse, swimming pool and a food court. There are 7 levels of parking, 4 of which are underground. The piazza will link the development across Cradock to the Firs piazza, thereby enhancing the pedestrian experience through connectivity and permeability.
