About this development
Construction of civils, services and bulk earthworks for a six-storey apartment building made up of 80 one- and two-bedroomed units on the corner of Main and Klipper roads, opposite the Rawson Property group head office and opposite the Great Westerford office complex. The site is currently occupied by rows of single-storey homes and shops, some in a bad state of neglect. In their place a six-storey apartment building will be erected, which will complement the historical Rondebosch precinct, in Cape Town in the Western Cape.
