Construction of Block B which is a part of the new office development named The Pinnacles at Menlyn situated along Atterbury Road in Menlyn, Pretoria, Gauteng. This development will consist of 4 blocks which will be done over 4 phases. Block A office is 6 levels and 6 580m². Block B is 8 levels and is 5 690m². Block C is 6 levels and is 4 639m² and the last block is Block D which is 7 levels and is a total of 7 215m². There will be a total of 32 534m² GBA provided with a total of 932 parking bays required. Block B consists of a basement, ground floor, 4 levels, an executive level and a hotel.
