The Orangerie

Construction of a R220 million complex of 92 duplex and simplex apartments, designed around a garden courtyard with its own canal, on an 8000m² Orange Street property, situated between the Mount Nelson Hotel and the Labia Theatre, in Gardens, Cape Town, in the Western Cape. The complex will comprise two buildings, one with three levels of duplex apartments and one level of simplex and the other with two levels of duplex apartments. Each building will have two glass-walled lifts rising over tree-lined banks of the canal, at the centre of the courtyard. There will be underground parking, with two bays for each apartment.
