About this development
Construction of two office blocks for the redevelopment of Village Walk Shopping Centre which includes demolishing the entire existing development on the corner of Maude Street and Rivonia Road, Sandown, Gauteng. The offices of 40 000m² will form part of Phase 1. The entire development will cost approximately R3 Billion. This project was previously called the Village Walk.
