Construction of infrastructure and services for 382 stands Island Estate, south of Hartebeespoort Dam in the North West Province. Development will include a gatehouse that provides controlled security access to the estate. A clubhouse offering tennis courts, squash courts, a bowling green, a mashie golf course, jogging tracks and children's playgrounds plus mooring facilities has been incorporated into the estate.
