About this development
Construction of R30 million shopping centre in Empangeni's Biyela street on the western edge of the CBD. This is the first major commercial development in the town in more than 20 years. It will house 30 shops and provide secure parking for 150 cars. The Home Centre, housing a variety of retail outlets, including a major hardware store and a medium-sized supermarket, will go a long way towards retaining local spending in the town.
