About this development
Construction of a new retirement village in Claremont, Cape Town, in the Western Cape. The Herschel will be located on the corner of Herschel Road and Herschel Close, opposite Herschel School. The apartment block will consist of two underground parking levels and 66 apartments spread over six storeys. Apartment options include studios, one-and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 52 to 150 m2. Each apartment will have an emergency button and intercom system linked to the reception area on the ground floor. Amenities will include a deli/restaurant, a heated swimming pool, a library, an outdoor terrace, a clinic, a laundry, an indoor lounge area, a putting green, 24-hour security, wireless internet and direct intercom to a manned reception service.
