Construction of a new shopping mall (mall of Namibia) on Frankie Fredericks Drive, Kleine Kuppe, Windhoek in Namibia. The shopping centre will have 3 levels and 3 levels of parking area. The total size of development is 220 000m² that includes: A 54 000m² retail shopping centre: 4 000m² entertainment centre that include cinemas, bowling ally, and games arcade; 100 bed, 3-star hotel that faces onto the public square and events arena and 1 000m² penthouse office accommodation. The Grove will feature the first real food court in Namibia with restaurants spilling over to the outside seating. To be known as The Grove. Total estimated value : R800 million.
