About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for The Grace, consisting of 727 hectares. This comprises of various elements, i.e. Graceland, 50ha, which will consist of a mixed use residential development; The Grace Eco-Estate, 420ha, which will have a combination of full title stands and a majority sectional title units, providing affordable residences for the middle income class; The Grace Mall, 100ha - A future project, immediately to the North of Graceland which includes a commercial complex / shopping complex known as The Grace Mall; Gracewood & Commercial, 90ha, which will be the main centre for the Southern African movie industry, with various commercial activities, including a new regional Hospital. The site is located to the south of the R577 Road, east of the Drumblade Agricultural Holdings and north of Joan Road and the Blue Saddle Ranches, Midvaal, in Gauteng and forms part of the Development called Gauteng Highlands.
