About this development
Construction of The Grace Eco-Estate, located on the northern half of the site which will have a combination of full title stands and a majority sectional title units, providing affordable residences for the middle income class. The township will consist of approx 1469 “Residential 1” stands. There will also be “group housing” in the form of a “Residential 3” zoning for approx 2 erven. The Grace, comprises of various elements, i.e. Graceland, The Grace Eco-Estate, The Grace Mall; Gracewood & Commercial, which will be the main centre for the Southern African movie industry, with various commercial activities, including a new regional Hospital. The site on portions 8, 10, 30, 31 and 32 of the Farm Nooitgedacht 176- IR, is located to the south of the R577 Road, east of the Drumblade Agricultural Holdings and north of Joan Road and the Blue Saddle Ranches, Midvaal, in Gauteng. The development will have two access control sites and land will be provided for parks. A site for both an electrical substation and stormwater attenuation facilities has been provided. Grace Mall forms part of the Gauteng Highlands Development.
